I ran a search and found a thread about posting a game and annotating it. I click on the small chess board in the upper-left corner; click on the 'complete game' and get to the starting board; but I can't find the control to let me insert annotations/comments. What did I miss?

Never mind, I forgot to check the 'enter moves' button. Some days I think my brain has gone on vacation.

click the pic, then choose the middle option (sequence etc..)
enter the pgn or something else.

Then you get to a game editor tab, there click the first move, or any one you want to annotate. You can choose to type in the before or after move screen.

then next step next step etc. And finally insert
