Are rated games stopping you from enjoying ur games?

from time to time my rating in blizt lingers aroumd 1400 to 1300,(this happens when i go into a losing frenzy dat will only end when i at least win a few in row so i can at least get close to my "real" rating of 1500), i think this is why i dont really play much gambits or sac much during my games, but im gonna try to change this in the near future.

So tell me, do u think rated are stopping u from enjoying chess more cause from time to time u lose lots of rating points?

No...? Why would it?

I like to try to advance my rating, but I still play all manner of dubious openings.  I play the King's Gambit almost every time against 1...e5 and I play the wing gambit against the Sicillian and a variation of it againt the French, etc, etc.

So while I do get tee'd off when I lose 100 Blitz points quickly it still doesn't stop me playing loads of gambits.

the only games that are stopping me from doing something totally wild is team matches since I play for the team.

I may also blunder in those games because I try real hard maybe too hard to come up with a good plan.

in my own games it is only rating and I don't play otb games in near future. So I don't worry if I lose or win I worry about making good moves + some wild moves.

btw why do people wanna chat during their games? i havee found only obnoxious ppl leaving unpleasant regards like loser and hahaha after they win on time

just ignore them they have just seen to many movies with oneliners.
