I am rated 1505 USCF. I am wondering if anyone would be interested in seeing my articles on chess.com. I would talk about subject matter relevant to those in the 1200-1500 range. Who would like to read something on that level?

Why not?  All you have to do is find a way to present the material in a way that your readers will find entertaining rather than didactic. You can use biographical material, interesting games and positions, personal games and anecdotes, and so on.

My own OTB rating is in the same ball park as your own (1570 ACF) so I have no illusions about my analytical skills, but I still get plenty of visitors to my blog, which is kinda nice.

Why not try posting your articles in your blog and see if you can build up a following?  If you do, I'd appreciate a friend request, please, so that I can keep track of how it's going.
