I don't know.

some of my games consist mostly of bad moves. some i play have fewer,( not many games in this category :-( )
I thing, doing lots of puzzle give you insight ideas and new tactics to try to duplicate... so more you do better you will get also playing more games will hel, win or lose learn from your mistakes..also your good moves....

What do you mean bad?
Blunders? Mistakes? Inaccuracies?
I make an avg of 1 blunder per game (sometimes 0 and mostly 1) i make like 3 mistakes per game and 2-4 inaccuracies per game.
I always make mistakes at the wrong time and usually end up getting beaten
