This is great.

One more Sox fan is a good thing.

Did you here they signed Bartolo Colon to a minor league deal?

Huge baseball fan.  I've been a Mets fan since I was a kid.  I was born the day the Mets played in Shea Stadium so I guess I was fated to be a Mets fan from birth.

Hey,

Yes, I am a huge baseball fan! My favorite team is the St. Louis Cardinals, but I do like the Red Sox in the American league. Pujols is my favorite player now, and my all time favorite players include Pete Rose, Eric Davis, Ty Cobb, Roberto Clemente, Mike Schmidt, Steve Carlton, and Roger Clemens.

I must admit that I root for the yankees.

My team has always been the Sox.  It really is kinda cool how the Rays have lost 4 straight, but we shouldn't be talking about them anyways.

Yeah, I'm glad that yankees are doing bad and that the rays are stating to collapse and hopefully by the all-star break the bo-sox will be on top in the east.

No worries, the Red Sox pretty much have that division locked up, IMO. There's no WAY the Rays can stay on top after the break.

This was enjoyable to read now that it's all said and done.  I remember being in Alaska and hearing very similar talk from a fella with a Sox hat on.  It was in late June, right before the Rays either swept or won a series from the BoSox.

Not a BoSox fan, but I am a fan of the BoSox fans--the true ones as opposed to the bandwagonners.

Go Tigers!

Well, it looks like I was wrong about the Rays. Oh well, such things happen.

I didn't realise you were baseball fans, Red_Sox_Legend and Baseballfan. If I'm not mistaken, that's the game played by schoolgirls over here.
