Is there a site where I can find a list of all the basic end games, such that I can input them into Rybka and play them out?

Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual has diagrams in blue ink and black ink.  The blue ink diagrams he considers basic and "must know" positions for a tournament player.  There are over 200 such diagrams in his book.  If any such list did exist, it may not be practical for your purposes.

Perhaps it would be better to outline endgames in the way below, and make sure you practice some of each.  You probably know chesstempo has basic endgame positions too, if you were looking for stock stuff.

    1. With pawns:
         ●  Pawns on one side
                 ○  Pawns only, Rooks, Knights, Bishops, Queens, Combinations etc.
         ●  Pawns on both sides
                 ○  Pawns only, Rooks, Knights, Bishops, Queens, Combinations etc.

    2. Pawnless:
         ●  Mates
         ●  Q vs R
         ●  R+B vs R
         ●  Fortresses/draws (includes Q vs N+B, R vs B, R vs N, Q vs 3 minors etc).

Hi RainbowRising.  I have both of the books mentioned in this thread, and would be happy to lend them to you when we're back at Durham.  You must be a Durham student from your comment in the other thread - but which one?

Feel free to ignore that question.  I've identified you from your opening choices.

Muller has also done a 4 dvd's with chessbase.  I have the first one and it is awsome I found his book alittle too advance for my level  but its amazing the same information given orally and with moving chess pieces it all clicked.

If you look up the dvd at chessbase they give the chapter titles I would use that as a list.
