Your assertion 'all my stats seem to confirm this' would seem to be based solely on your Online games of which you have played only 42. This is not a truly representative sample, I am guessing.

I just checked your Live Chess Long stats (426 games) and got this, which seems at odds with your assertion above, and more in keeping with ordinary chess expectations:

My stats are better as black, over 600 games...

In many of my Team Match games where I play the same person twice, I do better as black or at least equal.

My results seem to be informing me that I am better with white, which I completely agree with... however, this may be due to the fact that I still haven't found an opening I'm happy with as black.

interesting.... have the same chance of losing either way :(

I believe I feel more confident playing as white just because I feel as though I have more control in the gameand apperantly me stats show that...

my stats 83 games later still show that I'm better with black,even though the white pieces have "catched up" a little bit!
