I see where you can block a player. Besides blocking messages, & challenges, what else gets blocked?

According to the FAQs (found at the bottom of every page):

How can I block another user?

    Solution

If you go to your "Privacy Settings" (http://www.chess.com/home/privacy.html) you will see a section at the bottom of the page where you can enter a username to block. When you block a user they will not be able to post notes to your account, send you any messages, accept your game seeks, be auto-matched in open seeks, join tournaments that you are running, or post in content that you created.

You won't be able to post notes to that guy, you won't be able to send messages to that guy, you won't be able to accept that guys game seeks, you won't be auto-matched with the guy in open seeks, you won't be able to join that guys tournament and you won't be able to post in content made by that guy.

It does seem like you will be able to play that guy if both of you join the same tournament and get paired up.
