Hey, I know this is a suggestion of the "whacky" ilk...but can someone set a poll of what chess settings players with a + winning percentage use?  I use the classic pieces with a green and white board (I don't think my winning percentage is higher than my losing percentage, though).  Anyhow, I think it would produce some interesting data.

Yeah.. I've got a 200% win rate and I use the most modern-looking (sometimes sci-fi-ish) pieces and boards they've got... Let me check and get back with you on the particulars.. [=

I use the "condal" stype pieces set on an extra-large ORANGE board! [= Hope this helps..
