Bug or hack? Please monitor nigelbernanrd24

I was playing a while ago against this user nigelbernard24 and i was winning. When it was his turn to move, i noticed that it's taking him some time. So i refreshed my game by minimizing the screen then going back again. Then i noticed that whenever i refresh my game, his time goes back to 3:21. Whenever it reaches 0.00, it only hangs. It doesnt give you the message that you already won. Then i refresh my game and it just goes back to 3:21. Now, i wonder if this is a bug that he uses to force his opponent to just resign even though his opponent is already winning. With a thought of "the game just hanged up on me".

What i did was i waited for it until then it showed after about 15 minutes that nigelbernard24 resigned.

Hmmm.
