While of course I recognize that bullet can actually hurt your game, it still can be a training tool.  The GMs use it all the time, especially on the ICC.  :)

I've dropped 150 points off my rating since I started playing "bullet chess". Maybe I just don't have the mind for it . . .

Yea it won't necessarily help your rating, but it may force you to see combinations a bit quicker.  It can definitely hurt your game, no doubt.  But for opening study or just a little Sunday afternoon fun, a good 1 0 game can sure rock!  Smile
