Bullet game

I was wondering what people think about the quality of bullet games. I know they're not going to be as thought out as a long form but some of them seem to be exceptionally bad. Is there any worth in playing bullet to improve other types of chess? Pattern recognition and the like? Below is a game I won playing 1 min 1 sec which I cite as an example of how bullet can seem very foolish at times. Is it any better for high level players? (I troll around at the 1500-1650 range in bullet) Thanks for your thoughts.

Just learn the Colle system, works every time.

Yeah but if I shifted my queen around 5 times after that employing the Colle, I still might get into trouble!

I think bullet gams are very good for training to quickly recognize patterns. It probably helps you focus your attention in longer games.
