no, I don't have a link to the game. It wasn't against ronitron. 5 move

You said that weren't passing through check and you hadn't previously moved my king or rook.  But maybe you were IN check?

That's all I can think of.  Without a link to the game, I don't see how we can help.  As others have said, just move the king two squares in either direction, to castle.

Only paying members are allowed to castle.

When was the last time you charged the castling capacitor?

Haemophage had 2 games till now and in one game she did not had move to castle whereas she had chance to castle in other game and she is saying that is not game she is referring to. ????????

Sounds like she was playing on another site.
