Cell phone to play internet chess - chess.com?

Internet cell phones allow people to surf the internet, youtube, check email, etc.

Does anyone know of any cell phones that work with chess.com or any other internet sites?

I know they have chess programs but I would like to check my games on chess.com and make my moves.

Thanks for your help !

This feature is currently under development. You cannot currently play your chess.com games on a mobile phone.

Yeah, I can't even log on the site with my Blackberry. This would be a great feature. Good luck with it :)

It would actually depend on the browser you use. I have a blackberry and use Opera Mini and can login and play fine.

I play on chess.com all the time from my iphone.  I probably do it more than I play on the computer.  The only glitch I've noticed is that I can't start a game, i.e. the game has to have progressed beyond the 1st move.

Aloha Erik (And shhhh folks),

My Google G1 phone via T-Mobile I can "see and make moves no problem"!

No programming needed! $$$$$$ ???

I can even write this forum note if i wish too! Shhhh????

Warning do not do this while driving! Can be dangerous to your safety and others! Especially at that crushing moment you realize your found the right move or vice-verse!

Mahalo!

Ace, I always thought you were one kinky dude, man!  Does she have something different planned if you could play on your cell phone?

People text messaging on the interstate is scary. Reading, applying makeup, or simply talking on the phone would be easy compared to playing a deep game while driving. Drive blindfolded instead, you can't win.

I have played moves here on chess.com on my iPhone from time to time. I have to assume that you mean live chess on a mobile phone. Not sure if that is possible or even desirable given how small the screens are. No doubt it would result in a lot of mistakes made in making moves as a result of the small screen.

LOLROTHIIMRS

It is that sensory deprivation thing so I'd have to be able to conceal it in the rubber suit.

Not sure about the popup blockers on the iphone and the reception from within the box.

" interstate is scary. R applying makeup" - Real men apply the makeup before they leave the house.

As for the cell phone - I'm using the shhhhhhhh feature out of respect for our fearless leader.

Best Regards,

The GIMP
