well don't smoke weed, you'll probably forget to take the memory drugs.
Chess and nootropics/drugs
I've been doing 600mg L-theanine with 200mg caffiene thirty minutes before play or study and it's been working well.
It's as sleazy as using steroids for athletics. And you don't get something for nothing. Steroids shrink testacles. What do you lose by using the crutch of drugs on the brain?

If you don't know what you are doing: not knowing to take nolvadex/clomid or hcg, and not knowing how, can shrink your testicles. All professional athletes and top college athletes take PEDs. It's the difference between a nobody (who happens to be an amazing natural athlete) on UNC's NCAA football team and a dazzling RB for the Steelers, named Willie Parker. In college, the same is true: you may have wrecked certain person on the wrestling mats in HS, but can't survive on the college mats against them --and the difference is PEDs.
This is my stack

Nootropics are absolutely helpful, and why not use every advantage available? It's like drinking a cup of coffee before playing, but even better. I've tried a few different nootropics for my chess and have really liked a few. My favorite is actually one that was made specifically for chess and has the perfect blend. Called "Checkmate:" checkmatesupplement.com
I've tried carbonated natural mineral water 💧recently. It s good for you https://www.bulletproof.com/diet/superfoods/mineral-water-benefits-pellegrino-sulphates/
The brands vary considerably with regard to potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc etc, so be advised if your goal is to perform better at chess that they don't have all he same amounts of the different minerals
