I was wondering. If i was going to buy the ABC of the modern Benoni would i need to have an updated version of chess base or can i just use chess base light? does this also apply to fritz programs like Power play pawns etc?

Does chessbase light still have a limit on the number of games in the database? Does ABC Benoni go over that limit?

I'm pretty sure that those DVDs come with a version of Chessbase (Chessbase Reader, I think they call it) which will enable you to view everything on the disc without the need for any other software.

Excellent thanks for that camembert it was a real help. happiest chessbase light has a limit but the modern benoni dosen't go over it thankfully.
