True or false, chess is for lazy people, please elaborate your answer
jason17
Can you define the word "lazy" for me?
heinzie
Too lazy to look it up yourself?
VULPES_VULPES
If "lazy" as in a consistent lack of will to do rigorous physical activity, then I find some truth in the statement.
If "lazy" as in not willing to do anything physically or mentalling challenging, then NOOOOOO! Chess requires a superior mind!
Daeru
True, too lazy to elaborate my answer.
Yes, that's what I mean a superior mind, but a lazy person

To play chess well takes a lot of work. Why, you ask? For the same reason that it takes years of hard work to play the piano well.
Of course, that doesn't mean you can't be lazy at either. If you don't mind being vitiated, that is. (lol)
