    Exal, here is a link where you can print out several different types of scoresheets & other chess related stuff. You need Acrobat Reader (whuch you probably already have on your computer):

    Note that if you are looking for a scoresheet to play OTB then the 'Smart Score Sheet' from the link above cannot be used for official graded play.  It has strategically suggestive questions after every few moves which is great for a beginner to see what they should roughly be doing by each stage of the game but is technically cheating.

    You could make your own scoresheet in a simple programme like MS Excel. Cool
