Lately i have been thinking of sitting down for a few hours everyday for proper chess study but i'm not sure how to draw up a program, so if any one has done this by themselves before if u could give me tips as to how to organise the study and what to study? thanks.

hhmm Well one exorcise that really helps is to imagine a knight on a1 to h1 and then a2-h2 until you cover every square in the board.Imagine a situation that might occur in a real game. After your done visualizing a knight on every square you proceed to a bishop, rook, and queen in that order. Hope that helps.
