Should Chess.com support variations of chess such as bughouse or monster? What about fourway chess? Or should they just stick to normal, standard chess? What's your opinion, and what are some other variations of the game that you enjoy?

I think Chess.com would get a lot more bussiness if they were to support chess variants and should expand into the field of chess variants over time.

I'd like to see variants here.
Kriegspiel is fun but gets tiresome after a while. Benedict chess is also fun but the games tend to be way to short (massive advantage to white).
Chess 960 (and 480) worry me a bit; I wouldn't like people to view them as equal alternatives to chess. In my humble opinion they are mere poor relations to the royal game. I don't believe all starting positions are equally good, some of them make for a tedious game. I have a strong suspicion that some of the starting positions practically force the players to play obvious and boring moves. Perhaps some enthusiasts can put me right here.
Crazyhouse and Suicide shess are other good variants. It's interesting to have a go with various variants and I hope Chess.com will consider including them. However, Standard chess beats them all in my opinion.

I'd play Bug and Crazy house, and I'd also be interested in trying Kriegspiel and variants.
Scarblac
I would probably play crazyhouse every now and then (only live, not online). But first live chess must work properly.

I am no fan of varients, but I don't see any harm in introducing them to the site if people want them.
AnthonyCG
I agree. Live chess should be priority one although I'd hate to do the coding for either :)

I definitely think it would be cool to have that option, but I believe Erik said that it would be difficult to program or something. =( So it probably won't happen too soon.
Ringwraith2021
variants would be pretty cool to add to this site
Mr_Xbox
I think chess960 should also be in live chess
rrrttt
Add absolutely anything
I'll play it
musiclife
I agree, that adding a bughouse variant would be a nice addition. Something to unwind/not have to stress about.
And Live chess works well now, so maybe it's time!
