hey, i was thinking, wouldn't it be funny if players on this site assembled in some great big hall with our player names pinned to our jackets? then we could see who it was that kicked our butts or timed out or went on vacation one move away from your mate? ha! do you think it would go well? who would you want to meet or avoid? it'd be worth a laugh anyhow...erik could roam wearing a ref jersey, TD'ing all of us...!

I think it would be neat if we could stage a single night live chatroom with the true crew, sortof like live chess, but just an evening of live chat scheduled for those who really enjoy chess.com to participate in. Something of a real community building session, y'know? One of these nights-off-of-chess - wherein erik, pitor, jay, matt, kohai, evil_homer, pistoleer, killgoose, queenie, gosh, everyone, I could go on and on, but yeah. Everyone who genuinely loves the site and community - just one night. I'd be more fun than some silly cheater vote chess game - something for the old guard, yknow? That would be a banquet. One night we could all meet live and live it up.

I'd be into that. i can imagine a very lengthy invitation list. And then, exponential win.
