    I've been wondering the same thing. I'm about 2-50 on medium, and 12-50 on easy. So it can be beat, just not easily.

    I checked the estimated ratings of "lil chess partner" and it's supposedly 1200 on easy but I can beat a 1200 human alot more easily than the damn computer!

    Me too! I guess it makes less blunders than a human but it doesn't make any advanced moves either

    Actually, on easy, I've seen it make blunders. The way it's made "easy" is that it makes a move after a set period of time (1 second). So, if the best move it finds in that time is still a really bad move, it will just go ahead and make it. It doesn't always make blunders, but I have seen it hang minor pieces, etc.
