ok How about this at 10:00 every day chess.coms' move is made. Then I will input into Houdini, he will give me the move, and you will have until 10 the next day to make the vote? Note that 10 is flexible, I may not be online at 10, although i usually am
I mean 8 pacific/10 central

Chess.com should implement a mechanism to make this kind of game a little easier to manage. Doing it in the forums like this is painful to watch.
I just changed the rules in the original post. At 8 AM pacific everyday voting ends
we could just make a group and have it play a vote chess game against Houdini. I actually have a World Champion SImulator and it has an official group but that one only has 30 members

Houdini analyzing from move 1...that should/could be an advantage for chess.com, right?

Yes, if only there were an easier way to play chess on chess.com. Alas, we must break the bread we are given...
I'd be interested to see how that works. Haven't been here for long, but that kind of thing sounds like fun.
its been around for a it. The first champion was recently decided, and now there is a candidate's tournament for who will face the champ in the first match. But not many people are getting into it

if anyone is interested
i know deacon21 I use to play it followed by Kf2 for fun
maybe, but houdini will be analyzing for a while, even up to 30 minutes. So in the opening its raw calculation vs opening theory (if chess.com chooses to go that way), in the middlegame is strategy vs calculations and each side trying to make advantages out of imbalances created in the opening, and in the endgame its trying to turn those advantages into wins

RULE EDIT: Houdini will also have one day per move, I'm going to use overnight analysis. So every other day at 8 pacific houdini will make his move, and then you all have until 8 the next day to vote on your move. Another important note, I AM NOW ONLY TAKING VOTES IN RED!!! If your vote is not colored red, it will be counted as analysis/kibitzing/spam and will not be counted. Thank you, and good luck to everyone!
@Daeru your vote hasn't been counted, please vote in red if you want it counted
