I vote Nb3, it's a nice square for the knight and overprotects the base of our pawn chain on d4.

Yeah, a4, we don't really want the knight kicked.
a4 is the right move, keeps our Knight on a decent square, and gives us some queenside space, though we need to beware of Nb4 from Houdini, though Bb1 might be the correct responce to this move
