Hey Friends,
We all here for playing chess because we love chess. But some player like chess is not just sport or fun. It's not only like our major, it's a masterpiece itself!! It's like the snowy mountaintop from which you can watch all the beauty of the world.
But do you remember what we think about chess when you saw it first time?
Slowly-slowly we familiar with this wonderful game.
Here some childish description something you and I thought about Chess: :-))
There are pawns. If they get jumped they are gone.
There is a king, but he has no ring.
The queen is very keen.
The knight can jump and land with a bump.
The rooks can can go side to side or up and down. They zip around this chess town.
The bishops can diagonally run until the destroying is done.
The pieces are grand if they still stand.
The pieces are black and white as in plain sight.
Chess is cool, your hand is the tool.
A master game is chess, but it can leave a big mess.
I hope you all enjoy the poem I’d like to know about your feelings for chess. So feel free to write me and post comment here.
Till then stay sweet,
Bharat

Yes, it is amazing how you can spend hours with a block of checkered wood and 36 pieces.

Listen guys in chess we use 32 pieces!!! Not 36 nor 31...

Yep, 64 squares, every other square has a piece, so 32.
The chess board is eight squares wide and eight squares long, a total of 64 squares. In any row the light and dark squares alternate; in any diagonal the squares are all one color. The lighter squares are called white and the darker ones black. And by convention, too, the board is placed between the players (who alternate in move) so that each player has a white square in his lower right-hand corner.
The rows that point from one player to the other are called files; the crossing rows are called ranks.
Hey guys, anyone here would like to share his/her chess poem with us?

What on earth are the castles? Four.
Everyone's an artist - for all can draw.
Like a photo shot in white and black
Littl'uns at the front; big'uns at the back.
Whatever the queens are - the kings are two.
Until the kids grow - they can't return to you.
Bishops die agonally.
Queens move in directions three.
Horses jump - for the 'L' of it
Riding four of them won't make you fit.
A fork, a pin, a block, a skewer
The tools of the trade for which there's no cure.
