I dont know why we have 800.000 members and number increasing day by day....

On the other hand, server getting slower day by day.

A few months later, members reach one million and we cant play chess....

If server does not have capacity , why the number of members increasing every day ??

What makes you think that it's getting slower day-by-day?  It isn't; it's not changing a great deal.  In fact there was a performance boost from the last upgrade.  Maybe it's just your computer that can't keep up with the advancing software? Wink

I don't know if distance from the server has any effect, but Dublin is probably as far from the server as Istanbul, and I have seen no difference in response times, this site has always been very quick for online chess.

Thanks Jaf299,

Meanwhile I mean live chess not online chess.

Connecting "live chess" sometimes takes a few minutes , sometimes ends with no connection...

i dont think increase of members will affect.. we all want chess.com to be bigger, is'nt it? & the rating, or the rank will prove our capacity in such a big sphere of chess..
