dirt bag avatar images

i come to chess.com and i do that to forget about real life for a while. 

There should be rules about what people can use as avatar images, i understand people can use "reasonable" images, but i object to people using images of real life dirt bags.

Such images as politicians or imfamous people should not be allowed, seriously should people here be able to display 'other' types of images as a representation of their username?

Maybe someone is using Adolf Hitler ? or that mad axe murderer from CA ? what about Bin Laden. Things that are reasonably objectionable should not be allowed and that should include controversial people who impart a negative emotion on the gaming experience.

Is there somewhere the "rules" of what makes username avatar images 'objectionable'...
