i always lost my points afteridisconnected from the server , can i still recover my points? even i won game.pls. help me to solve this problem

No, unfortunately, there is no way to recover points lost from a disconnect. This is because there is no way for the system to tell for sure if the the disconnect was intentional or not. I'm not sure what browser you are using, but make sure you are NOT using Internet explorer. Using the most recent version of Safari, Firefox or Chrome will significantly reduce the number of disconnects you see.
