caruana has victories over aronian, anand, kramnik, topalov, karjakin......

the reason carlsen has a higher level is he is more consistent

Maybe Caruana is the best in the first 20 moves ?

Maybe Carlsen is the best from move 25 to 40 ?

This game didnt survive the first 25 moves.

Some clubplayers says that Magnus is not extremely good in the opening play, but I guess he did improve working with Hammer preparing for the Anand WC-match.

It is an entirely possible possibility.

It's possibly possible that it's an intirely possible possibility of being impossible.

You're finally back superking!

He's been back for days. You just noticed him?

& he's posting the exact same stuff. The obsession with Magnus & all, hey, he might actually have a crush on him. Remember how he keeps changing his mind about him over & over? One thread he thinks Magnus is the greatest ever then the next thread he's just lucky & there are thousands better than him in reality. Like 2300-2400 rated players. Yep he's actually argued all that! Go check out all his threads.

Is he? No

Can he? Yes

No he's not you imbecile. Though Caruana should be rated higher than the most overrated chess player Levon aronian.

I think part of what makes carlsen so effective is his blatant disregard for opening preperation, and his almost computer like end game play.  While other GMs are loooking for an improvement on move 22 of some opening, Carlsen seems to have the attitude of "Ill deal with it OTB", and then dominate you in the end game.

Carlsen is the Rafael Nadal  in chess.  His great strength and motivation is to wait the opponent's error .  The same style, they love long games.  Their style is the opposite of serve and volley, tactical complications... Also both are arrogants  , the opposite of Caruana, it´s very usual these cases,  there are many  people  that play an opposite style to their personality off the board .  No it´s my case,  my natural behavior -ego  is arrogant too ( knowin myself i try control me ) and my chess is tactical .  But in these guys  yes.

However,  it´s one of the most effective style of play and the most boring for fans .

If it were not for his knowledge of the endings   Carlsen   would be a standard 2700.
