This is a game i played recently, i was just wondering whether i should have taken the draw offered by my opponent on the 41st move.

Black should easily win from here. I think you must have been satisfied to take a draw against a higher player but I think you would have won!

WOOT I scabbed a draw here, I told LJ3 it wasn't drawn after the game, I qickly accepted

Black is easily won.  He plays 1...Ke4, and White must move away.  Then he plays 2...Kf4, and white's king goes to d4.  Black's King comes in and take h3 and then g4, and his pawns come through way before White's.

Completely won.
