What is an ECF ? I have looked at the enclypedia and what not but can't find.
What's the context? It stands for English Chess Federation. It is related somehow to BCF which is British Chess Federation, I think it changed, possibly from bcf to ecf when england realised the rest of britain used proper grades.
It also stands for Estonian Chess Federation (Eesti Maleliit)
