OOOPS...THE CHESS WIZARD ( CREAT & INSERT POSITIONS ) DOESN'T WORK...!!!

I can see the computer analysis percentages for inaccuracies, mistakes, blunders, but nothing else  - no pieces, niente. And the last game I sent for analysis had NO blunders, NO mistakes and only three inaccuracies! And I can't see it!

Can you be more specific about this? What doesnt work about it? on which step? etc...is anyone else having this problem?
