How long does "routine maintenance" take? Been around 24hrs so far. At this rate I might have to learn an opening...

I must have been confused by the statement "It should be back up in no time!"

Obviously you have never had the IRS swear to you that you would get your refund check in no time. 

Actually, "no time" is a tricky concept to get your head round. Where does it leave chess clocks, for instance?

it is back up now and should be a tiny bit faster.

I bet it works just like road maintenance, after digging the hole in the road they have all gone off to have a 26 hour coffee brake.

Is that before or after staring into the hole for an  hour or two?
