Seems to happen to me about once a week give or take. In many cases I myself am in severe time pressure (scratch that - all cases: both in won and lost positions I am always in time pressure), so I am quite happy to wait fifteen minutes and claim a win rather than trying to force checkmate in the 30 seconds I have left.

Well, my situation is different. It is a 15 10 game which losing on time is very unlikely
