I just want to add a 5-sec delay to a 30-min game, I saw an option for that but when I set it up & turned off the clock it didn't stick.
I know it's probably laughably easy & once I know how to do it I won't forgot but could someone just tell me how to do it as simply as possible this once.

There is the online manual. I set my presets so many years ago that I don't even remember how LOL!
