Ya, no kidding.  I guess my favorite is Tal.  He reminds me to keep attacking and just have fun.  Around the USCF is Chris Castellanos, from whom I learned a lot and whose friendship means a lot.

I always liked Karpov's style.  Straightforward, elegant, and instructive.

2nd for Karpov. Plus he's gracious and humble, most clearly seen in his remarks regarding the 1975 match w/Fischer that never was. A class act always and an asset to the game.
