What are some ideas for finachettoing on both the queenside and kingside? Bad or good?

    Please express ideas

I'm not really an expert on tactics, but I usually fianchetto on one side so the bishops are "aimed" on one side of the board (usually where the opposing King is).

I have done the double fianchetto before, and I'm sure it has many uses - it's just not my preference.

    Hope that helps!
