I am guessing, but here goes. You have to play a certain number of games that are official FIDE games. So you probably need to play one or two more FIDE tournaments.
And another guess : you have to be a registered member of a chess club or alliance or league...
First, you must get 1/3 in a single tournament against FIDE rated players. Then play six additional games after the tournament in a span of time (I think 18 months, may be mistaken). Or you can play a 9-round event with a certain proportion of FIDE-rated players
