As Black:

Hypocrism

You can't count on the 1.c4 always transposing to the KID.

For the caro-kann, be prepared for 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.e5 c5!?

This is what I use and it is lethal to most white players.

I agree with Hypocrism. Most players looking to reach a QG will play 1. d4. Players that play 1. c4 are unlikely to then play an early d4.

what happens if I play g3, b3, or Nf3 as white

I know but I will use the same black set-up even if they don't go exactly as I put up there.

It's always dangerous relying on a system. React to your opponents moves if they are not book knowledge and don't be set on a designated setup.

The italian game and the sicilian are the two most common openings I play against, congrats on your fascinating decision.

I wasn't aiming for fascinating.

I have one suggestion. When you play the Grand Prix attack (its what I play), Use a different move order like:

Other than that, what line will you play in the Italian game as I play that as well? What do you do after 3...Bc5 4.c3 Nf6.    I recommend b4 as a sideline to d3. d4 allows black to equalize
Cystem_Phailure

If you always play 1.e4 c5 you must run into 2.d4 (Smith-Morra Gambit) at least once in a while . . .
