This is just a general survey as to what style people would rather play. I myself am a maker of many an unsound, but usually interesting, combinational skirmishes. So I prefer to get the occasional clean tactical fireworks show. The other end of this is another style I admire, but am not nearly patient enough for, the positional player. Get some squares, eake out a pawn or place a fine knight, and squeeze until done. So what's up chess.com junkies? What's your flavor?
