Fritz 5 - Beginners Level?

I am a relative beginner and I am still trying to grasp the basic concepts. I currently play online on FICS but on the computer I am using Fritz 5. I love the program but I have no idea how to set it up to give me the easiest game. I currently have it on Friend Mode but is this the easiest level cos I have only beaten it once? How can I gradually increase the difficulty so I can continue to improve. Can anyone help?

you are beginner

, so you please refer only opening knowledge programme,frittz 5.1 is higher level as you are beginer.
