May be he wants to offer a draw ?

Idon't believe this madman will exit quietly. I heard stories this morning about a large cache of mustard gas at his disposal. Let us hope that he does not employ it against the Libyian population.

This is the wrong forum, you need to post threads like these in the group called "Open discussion", which is just that, a place for open discussions.

With that said, Libya won't be any better after Gaddafi, he will just be replaced by wars between clans and various factions that want their people to control. It wouldn't surprise me at all if it turns into even more of a shithole after this whole thing is over.
