What is the most games that anyone has had going at once?

I believe Awardchess has close to 1000 going at one time.

Wow a thousands games now that is insane.

At  the beginning I was playing 60 at a time. Since then I've lowered it down to 25-30.

I am at 45 i think right now.

I don't like to decline challenges  though I do sometimes and I have kept challenges to accept later but to play so many games at the same time is crazy.I am burdened

I went down to 39,whew!!

I myself try to keep around 30 to 50 going at once. Mostly tournament games.

More than 15 and my brain may explode.

The most I've had was 37 I think. But now I've only got 10.

I agree we all do play alot of games. I think 20 games is more than enough.

Sure,and you have time enough for messages,notes,postings,etc..

There is always time you just have to make it.

I used to play around 40-50 games , but find that  I rush trough my games sometimes and make mistakes . Now I cut down to about 20 and think that my game will get better ,so watch out Frank.

I only play 10 to 14 now.

I have about 30, but the vast majority of them are "greeter" games. Take those out, and I have like 3-4.

Same difference you still have like 30 games.

It depends on how fast player you are and how much time you spend playing chess,so perhaps 5 games for a player is the same than 30 for others..
