I agree with everybody and thanks for being nice.

Dude!
Been in a scrum ? Not THAT is a new one. Of course, I being a wimp have never played football - hence, never had the pleasure of being in the bottom of a pile. Of course, I HAVE been on the bottom before - oops, heading into "moderator intervention trouble" there. See, all the comments to my narrative have been nice. Proves that most follks are nice (except when I whup you in chess) :):)

I think most of the rudeness in these threads can be attributed to the anonymous nature of posting on the internet. Why lash out when you lose anyway? There's the initial stinging blow to the ego, but the result is evident on the board. Either you played below your abilities, or your opponent is a better player than you are. Assess your performance, and move on.

A solution could be to have Chess.com post their name, address and real picture with each abuse(r) when this happens,...or you can just curse them under your breath and let it go. Or blame their parents
I tend to curse them under my breath, WK. If they start before the game's over, it serves as motivation.

That's how I take it, too.
It's fun when you beat them and they have a meltdown
^It's happened a couple times with me. It sure is satisfying to win against one that is calling you all sorts of names that I can't write here.
Sounds like a plan let's now just get Erik on board!!
