I just installed fritz 12 but where are the videos that come with it?

Beats me and I have F12. Why not check with whoever you purchased it from or else go to ChessBase directly with your question. In the meantime what videos are you referring to?

Make sure you have the fritz12 disk in your drive

Start fritz from the start menu. The initial screen will offer you choices like Play Fritz, Training (or Chess Course, or something like that)k, and Playchess.

If you select Training, you will get further menus and access to the various video.

I can't remember exactly what the names of the options you get on that initial Fritz screen because I now have Fritz 13 and I think the options are slightly different. But you won't have any trouble figuring them out. The key is that these choices appear on the startup screen before you select "Play Fritz"
