Got out of time though a premium user

Hi All,

I've just got surprised by seeing two of my games lost because of out of time. It's seems really strange as I'm a premium user and have over 16 days vacation left. Time to time, my games get paused automatically because I don't always manage to make moves in time. But this time I lost two of them. I wonder why??

Has anybady experienced the same problem?

Sorry about this. We are working on fixing this issue right now, even as I type this. Arman, I've restored one of your games, unfortunately, we can't restore team match games. :-( I'm really sorry about that.
