Looks like a game I would play.
It's hard to give a good guess. In neither case does the opponent plays quite poorly. For the above one, white plays an opening rather characteristic of patzers and fails to find the topical plans. The knight sac at the end was plain rubbish. However he did know enough to exploit black's mistakes well. So, not too high - maybe around 1100-1400. In the second game it is plain impossible, it's just an opening and anyone can memorize lines.

Of course, anyone can play far above or below their ability. This is an example where it is hard to guess black's rating accurately.
