Yes, that makes sense... false prophets do tend to make prophecies that are false.

He has already set another date, in October.

Also says this May 21 event happened, just spiritually.

I remember when Pastor John Hinkle predicted on the Trinity Broadcasting Network in 1994 that all the evil would be ripped out of this world.

The faithful were excited and again and again his prediction was repeated.

Finally the day arrived and though nothing seemed to have happened, Pastor Hinkle appeared and rejoiced at the blessed spiritual event.

    Cheers filled the auditorium.

Now, who couldn't make money shearing such a flock?

Didn't Harold Camping make like $7.2 Million off this scam?  The fools or what ever Ringwraith wants to call them are the ones that gave him all that money.  He's done alright for himself it seems.  I suspect Camping would be more shocked than any of us here if he faces a judgement day before God-- 'cause he's got so 'splainin' to do if that's the case.

Its the idiots like this that give us Christians a bad name.  Just like years ago when Billy Graham I believe it was told his followers that if they didnt send $3,000,000 God would call him home.

Amazing how Jesus could feed the multitudes with some fish and bread, but others need millions.

That was Oral Roberts. heh heh, I said oral, heh  heh.

Inside the brain of Harold Camping:

Tongue out Although, you have to admit, he is a brilliant con artist if he doesn't believe it, himself.
