I can feel your pain. Not long ago I lost 8 games here in one night. I was so upset that I deleted my account. I have come to a conclusion: when you lose 2 or 3 games in a row stop playing for a while and take a deep breath. Consider what might have gone wrong. Where you tired or were you given tough opponents?
I lost 100 rating points what should i do take a break? Quit?
I lose when I am tired
I've just lost over a hundred points. I think it happens to almost everyone. I've been advised to take a break. Chasing a win when you're playing badly is doomed to failure. You'll come back even stronger 💪

Yep, I went from 1954 to 1680 almost directly (just a handful of wins among ~35 defeats).
I think someone gave me a lobotomy while I was sleeping.
But, while I try to find the perpetrator of that crime, I'm going to try not to rage quit, and take it as a nudge to vary up my game and try other openings.
(Also, for full disclosure, connection issues were somewhat involved in my slump too)
Thats good :)
