Yeah - he's queening, my knight's trapped, my king has no squares, and my situation is hopeless.

I had a few games I was proud of until I showed them to an IM friend of mine.... ok games but well :)

I don't think you should post the opponent's name on the game...

side story: 
One of the famous games of all times is the Immortal game with Adolf Anderssen and Lionel Kieseritzky. The game has been played over by millions and made Anderssen famous. A fact about the game is that Kieseritzky was the one that submitted the game to the newspapers for publishing....

in op's game, the opponent should have played 33 .. Bxg3+ threatening to take both the rook and the knight.

how about if I played really well against aquarium/houdini engine dumbed down to my level, or a bit higher?
